Terms & Conditions

Cannatus Sp. z o.o., registry code 0000813521, Aleja Solidarnosci 68/121, 00-240 Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter: Shop Administrator), and the client who places an order in the online shop managed by Cannatus Sp z o.o. at HTTPS://CANNATUS.COM and identifies himself/herself by adding his/her personal data to the order (hereinafter: Client), have agreed on the following.

  1. General provisions

1.1. In their relations, the Parties will be governed by the laws and other legislative acts of the Republic of Poland, and the provisions agreed in the User Agreement.

1.2. The Shop Administrator will have the right to make changes in the service provided by the online shop at any time.

1.3. The Shop Administrator will have the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the User Agreement without being required to notify the Client thereof in writing by e-mail.


  1. Products and purchases

2.1. All of the Products displayed may not be in stock at all times.

2.2. If a Product is not in stock and the order cannot be executed, an employee of the online shop will contact the Client within 3 (three) business days at the latest. In this case, a new delivery time will be proposed or the replacement of the product with an equivalent one with the same price and quality suggested. If the Client does not agree to the new terms, the Client will have the right to refuse the order and any money already paid will be refunded.

2.3. The Client selects the desired products and will be required to submit the information necessary for the order (surname, first name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address, postal code, method of payment).

2.4. The Client will be required to submit true and correct data for his/her order to be executed. The Shop Administrator will not be held responsible for the failure to execute the order, or any resulting consequences, due to the incorrect information submitted by the Client.


  1. Prices and methods of payment

3.1. The basic prices of all products in the online shop are given in euros.

3.2. The Shop Administrator will have the right to change the prices displayed at any time.

3.3. If the Shop Administrator has changed the prices in the online shop after the Client has placed and paid for an order, the Client will be delivered the respective products for the prices valid upon ordering. The Client will not have the right to demand compensation for any differences in the price.

3.4. The Client can use payment cards to pay for the products. The payment will be received immediately and the execution of the order will be started on the same business day.


  1. Delivery time, prices and delivery terms

For orders up to 100.00 euros, postage will be added as shown in the basket. For orders over 100.00 euros, no postage will be added.

4.1. The orders placed in the online shop will be reviewed on the same day and the buyer will be contacted on the next business day at the latest.

4.2. The guaranteed delivery time is 7–14 business days unless noted otherwise by the product.

4.3. The goods will be delivered to the delivery address submitted upon placement of the order at the agreed time and according to the availability of the goods. The goods will only be delivered to the buyer. The goods will only be delivered to a third person upon agreement with the buyer.

4.4. The Client will have the right to select the methods of delivery on the website as desired.


5 Withdrawal from Contract before performance of Contract by Shop Administrator

5.1. If the Client wishes to withdraw from the Contract after placing an order and before it is executed by the service provider, the Client will be required to notify the Shop Administrator thereof at the first opportunity. A written notice should be sent to the e-mail address INFO@CANNATUS.COM. The e-mail should include the number of the order (reference) sought to be withdrawn from, as well as the Client’s contact information (first name, surname, order date, phone number).

5.2. If the request for withdrawal reaches the service provider after the performance of the Contract by the Shop Administrator, the Client can withdraw from the Contract according to the section “Return policy”.

5.3. The Shop Administrator will refund the amount paid by the Client within 14 days at the latest after receipt of the request to withdraw from the Contract.

5.4. The payment will be refunded to the same bank account that was used to make the payment to the Shop Administrator.


  1. Return policy

6.1. The goods purchased in the online shop are subject to a 14 day return policy.

6.2. The goods changed according to the Client’s wishes (picture of text added) are not subject to the return policy.

6.3. A returned product must be unimpaired, complete, in original packaging and with no traces of use.

6.4. In case of returns, the Client will be refunded within 14 days at the latest after returning the product.

6.5. The payment will be refunded to the same bank account that was used to make the payment to the Shop Administrator.

6.6. Should it appear after the return that the return fails to meet the terms and conditions provided in the User Agreement, the payment will not be refunded.


  1. Personal data and its use

7.1. The user gives the Shop Administrator his/her clear and informed consent to process his/her personal data.

7.2. If the user places an order, the personal data notified to the service provider will be entered in the client register and used for the provision of the sales service and provision of goods to the Client.

7.3. Personal data are obtained when an order is registered in the online shop and a client relationship is formed.

7.4. The personal data registered about a Client include information on the Client’s order (first name, surname, street, house, apartment number, settlement or town, postal code, phone number, year of birth, sex, delivery method, payment method used, acceptance of the User Agreement for the online shop and consent to receipt of sales offers to the e-mail address, any notes added as free text).

7.5. The personal data needed to mediate the goods to the Client may be transmitted to the company providing the courier service.

7.6. The Shop Administrator will be prohibited to transmit registered personal data to any third persons.

7.7. The Shop Administrator retains the right to transmit any data concerning the user if such data are sent to a person processing the data in order to perform a lawful obligation and has a legal right to do so, or if such data are transmitted to protect the life, health or freedom of the Client or any other person.

7.8. The Client will have the right to access the personal data concerning him/her, change the data or remove the data from the register.

7.9. The user will give the Shop Administrator his/her consent to receive order confirmations at the e-mail address entered upon placing an order.

7.10. The user will give the Shop Administrator his/her consent to receive sales offers at the e-mail address entered upon placing an order by ticking a relevant box on the order placement page.


  1. Terms of Use

8.1. The Client is required to read the terms and conditions of the User Agreement.

8.2. By ticking “I agree to the terms and conditions of the shop and agree to follow them unconditionally” when placing an order, the Client confirms that he/she has read, understands and accepts the terms and conditions.


  1. Procedure for complaints

9.1. In case of defective goods, the user will have the right to file a complaint to the seller within 5 days after the receipt of the goods.

9.2. The period for claims will start on the date of purchase.
